چکیده
A 5-year-old girl presented with headache and vomiting. Head computed tomography magnetic resonance imaging showed a right frontal lobe tumor marked calcification. The patient underwent resection surgery suspicion of anaplastic ependymoma, the was gross totally removed. Pathological examination revealed areas dense cells high nucleocytoplasmic ratio myxoid consisting round-shaped nucleus eosinophilic cytoplasm. Perivascular pseudorosette, necrosis, circumscribed growth, microcalcification were also observed. Immunohistochemistry demonstrated negative staining for glial fibrillary protein epithelial membrane antigen. Diagnosis high-grade neuroepithelial (HGNET) BCL6 corepressor (BCOR) alteration made based on pathological findings internal tandem duplication in exon 15 BCOR. Although calcification radiological is not typical, it would be essential to recognize that could appear HGNET-BCOR.

متن کاملClear Cell Sarcoma: A Case Report with Radiological and Pathological Features of an Atypical Case
Clear cell sarcoma of soft tissue is a rare, aggressive soft tissue tumor, which is morphologically similar to malignant melanoma but has no precursor skin lesion and, instead, has a characteristic chromosomal translocation. It is critical, yet challenging, to recognize clear cell sarcoma of soft tissue because the outcome is very different to that of metastatic melanoma. We report a case of cl...
